Shipping & Delivery Policy

The average estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, strikes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All purchases include a tracking code, which will be sent to the customer’s email within 5 business days after processing. The package can be tracked from the point of origin until final delivery.

Deliveries are handled by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. In cases of absence at the address, or if the carrier has restrictions in your area, a notice may be left for pick-up at the nearest facility.

Based on our experience, 85% of orders are delivered within 15 days after shipment.

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. Address changes are only possible within 24 hours after purchase. Cancellations are also not accepted after this period.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. In such cases, the delivery timeframe will be recalculated from the date the reshipment is confirmed.
