• The product must be unused and undamaged.

• All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.

• Product name

• Order number

• Email used for the purchase

• Reason for the return or exchange

• Video or photo showing the defect (if applicable)

After we review your request, we will provide return instructions. The refund will cover the product price and the original shipping costs once the return is confirmed.
